5 days doing OMAD - One Meal A Day. - It works for me. day 1 was hard, no breakfast, no lunch, craving my favourite foods. - day 2 went much easier, only around lunchtime did I have hunger pangs and again around teatime - day 3 the pangs started around 4pm - teatime - and now after yesterday which was remarkably easy I am getting used to the new routine - The bonus is I feel more energetic, much lighter, in control, and very very happy!
