Finding it hard to maintain and bouncing all around for the last few months.
A few things I have learnt about low carbing. I actually have changed my body. Never mind the weight loss it's the size changes including finally having legs that don't look like tree trunks. What a great feeling to have.
I found out that processed foods really don't agree with me. Sugar of any form including sweeteners are no good either.
I think that once I manage to stay at my weight for a few months I would be switching to Atkins with a paleo/primal slant. I would rather use honey, fruit and date syrup rather than sweeteners.

I have heard that artificial sweeteners can really actually hurt your weight loss instead of helping it. I have never tried fruit or date syrup, where do you find it and how are you using it?
