i feel like shit lately. started 2 new jobs moved barely have time to sleep. dont work out anymore and eating shit and i mean shit like cereal and hotdogs and top ramen and the sweetest creamiest coffee on earth. and its just a daily repetative thing. i eat when im not hungry i just want to eat something good. i dont know what my problem is. im afraid to step on the scale seriously i can feel the cloths tighter and my arms are flabbier and just ugh i hate myself seriously. my husband doesn't help cause he has no clue how he sees me too much and can't see all the changes. ughh im seriously screaming for help!!

I'm so sorry to hear you're struggling. Hang in there. Try making one change at a time to get yourself back on track.

Thanks i appreciate that im going to try. Im trying to find this excuse for why but there isnt any. It's sad.

It's funny, I was about to say the same thing Loch_Tess. It's a new week, I'll do the same thing, try to make small changes! If we move towards the goal at least a little bit it's better than nothing! Hang in there Bubbleyumm!!!

I seriously hate you guys. I cant do that the whole one thing at a time im either doing some dramatic or eating shit. I cant be like you guys i just need to starve myself. Im hopeless. Ughh.

If you starve yourself it won't be the last time you're dieting. If you don't love yourself now, you won't love yourself when you reach your goal weight. I've been at 89 lb, still wanted to loose weight, still hated myself... even if the flab was gone...

No i dont mean starve i mean stick to the diet ive been doing a nutrifusion diet its like hcg but with no hormone and homeopathic drops. It really works its just hard to get started and that's where i fail if i dont get through the first 3 days i fail and i know i can i just i dont know what my problem is ive lost over 20lb on it and kept it off but now slowly gaining because of my bad days lately and i just want to jump into the diet again i just dont want to fail agian.
