Last Thursday I weighed in at 0.2kg above my current milestone weight goal of 115kg and I treated the days since then as a eat-alot week on my non-fast days knowing that I just want 0.2kg to 0.5kg of weight loss in a week's time. Surprisingly, my unofficial weight this morning was 115.3kg. I'm hoping to break into the 114kg range on this Thursday morning's official weigh-in and set a new milestone goal weight of 110kg thereafter. I think my experiment of keeping carbs to a maximum of 30g on Fast Days is yielding good results but let's see on Thursday morning :)
