heidij123's Journal, 09 August 2015

Okay, going to start logging inches now and then. For some reason I find this more of a touchy subject than weight. Maybe because it's more descriptive? Anyway here goes:

Height 5' 5"

Chest 40"

Waist 36" (which rather shocked me because I can tell from clothes I have already lost a few inches there, and I know that for women it's a health risk to be over 33")

Hips 42"

Weight today was a little down on yesterday, but not recording it as I think I may have been slightly dehydrated because I slept in. Don't want to be peeved when it goes back up tomorrow! So call it 169 pounds. (😁 Still a novelty being in the 160s! 😁)

Whew! That wasn't so bad, was it? Going to hit the post button ... NOW!

So very brave, Heidi. Also kudos about the downward trend! I am keeping my measurements in an Excel spreadsheet. Not brave enough to put them on this website yet. I do love your posts, though.

Morel mushrooms grow in amongst the pine trees where we live in Turkey :)

Rindaloo, they are so good and we only have them for a couple weeks in April or May. Not so many this year with the weather. They say next year may be good due to the high amount of spores that we have had in the air.

The village has a mushroom festival now. Its been happening since 2009 with folk dancing and speeches and entertainment going on till midnight, lots of different foods and, of course, mushrooms, LOL! Fresh, wooden, paintings. Its a 3 day event and becoming increasingly popular.
