I decided to post my forum post onto my journal as some of you may not be reading the forums.
Countries have various food label regulations and on Nutritional Information some use Kilojoules whilst others use Calories.
Since we are focusing on Calories I thought I'd share the information on how to convert food nutrition data for Energy from Kilojoules into Calories
It's simple - Take the value of Energy per 100ml/mg or per serving and divide it by 4.2 and that will be the number of Calories
Example Brand ABC Fat free Yoghurt is 200kJ per serving. To calculate the Calories per serving we divide 200kJ by 4.2 = 47.62 Calories
Hope this helps!

LOL, Correct Trevor :) I rounded it off to 1 decimal point to make it easier for people to remember and use to calculate.
