Going to donate blood today after work - I hope my iron levels are high enough.

Yesterday became hectic and I didn't eat lunch. I stopped to eat as I was headed up to the mountains to drop off a truck. I literally had two hot dog one regular one polish.

The calorie counter here didn't have the exact items I ate that's why I show 3 hot dogs I really only ate 2. Just trying to capture the calories.

Good thing I continue to drink water, seltzer waters, and un sweetened teas. We stopped at a little market and I bought a flavored water (didn't read the label) I took one sip and OMG about gaged. There were so many additives it just makes your head spin. So I dumped that out. I have to remember to stick to my rules of reading the labels before purchasing.
One more note - I am eating but I am not eating HEALTHY - That seriously needs to change.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good journal! And well done for being a blood donor. I used to try, but it was a terrible job for them to get blood out of me. Veins are hard to find, and I bleed really slowly. They told me not to bother in the end!
