DETERMINED to loose weight, I need to for myself, my precious children and my lovely husband. I need to get blood work done in October to get as a checkup and I'm gonna do whatever I can to get a on the right track of a diet, eating right, meaning eating vegetables, whole and multigrains and whole oats and whole wheat, fruits, and chicken and fish and only venician. I need to cut out all sweets,carbs and red meat. Wish me luck, but I'm very determined to do what I know I need to do, and also walking or biking five days a week and strength training about three days a week. I'm planning on joining W.W this weekend, tracking my pts, and tracking everything I eat and drink and attend meetings since they seem to move me in such a positive way.;)

Thanks! Still very determined to loose weight, I haven't gone to weigh in yet, so I will be the end of this week. Just trying to get back in the routine of eating right, I was on vacation last week so I didn't eat quite right as I'd liked too. But I'm very dertermined to do what it takes to get back on track, I just tried the chobanni greek non -fat vanilla yogurt, wow its very filling and the taste isn't too bad, there is no added sugars but it's something I'd recommend if anyone is interested in trying it. Well gonna go drink some water and later work out to the Firm in my living room. talk to ya later.
