DETERMINED to loose weight, I need to for myself, my precious children and my lovely husband. I need to get blood work done in October to get as a checkup and I'm gonna do whatever I can to get a on the right track of a diet, eating right, meaning eating vegetables, whole and multigrains and whole oats and whole wheat, fruits, and chicken and fish and only venician. I need to cut out all sweets,carbs and red meat. Wish me luck, but I'm very determined to do what I know I need to do, and also walking or biking five days a week and strength training about three days a week. I'm planning on joining W.W this weekend, tracking my pts, and tracking everything I eat and drink and attend meetings since they seem to move me in such a positive way.;)
