Feeling kind of blah today. =( Not sure why. I think it's lack of sleep. I still can't get my sleep in order. Doesn't help that I get up at 3am to make my P's lunch. Don't get me wrong, I love doing stuff like that for her. She works so freaking hard for us. I can get my big butt out of bed and make her a good lunch and make sure she eats breakfast. I just think it's taking a toll on my sleep. i already have sleep issues, this isn't helping. Hopefully her schedule will go back to normal soon.

I've decided to switch up my eating a bit. I tend to eat the same things..and I think I need to spice it up. Today, though, I'm finding it very hard to eat. i had to force my breakfast down. Maybe I'm just getting sick of eggs? =)

I'm just feeling a bit sad. Not sure why. I have these days I guess. I'm trying to stay active though. Wednesday blahs.

My sleep is never regular, so I know what you're talking about. Generally I don't get to sleep until sometime after 2am (most of the nights it's much later) only to wake up and get ready for work at 7. I'm about positive that's what is stalling me and contributing to my constant "blah" moods. It's funny you mention about having to force yourself into eating breakfast. Recently I have been physically unable to swallow yogurt. Out of all things to have issues eating, it has to be yogurt? Really? lol. I hope P's schedule smooths out soon! You're a stronger woman than I. I know I sure as heck wouldn't get up at 3am to make lunch for someone else.

LOL...ya know...in every other relationship i have had I would of NEVER gotten up. I would of totally been like....you are on your own. She works 12 hour days in 100 weather and never complains. She actually tells me to stay in bed. I just can't. I'm not working right now and will be going to school. She is working for US so I can make sure she has what she needs. I enjoy doing it. I'm a total nurteror ( I know i totally spelled that wrong. good thing I'm going back to school. hehe) I love doing things for people. Makes me happy when THEY are happy. I'm the exact opp when it comes to yogurt. That's the only thing I WANT to eat. LOL. Hopefully we can get this sleep crap down! =)

What no eggs are the best! They're like the most epic vehicle for whatever you want. Spice up the eggs! Maybe try some chicken breast with cooked red and green peppers and salsa. Nom Nom Nom! I call my omelets nomelets :) I totally know how you feel. I'm the same with the gf. I just love doing stuff for her. I love taking care of her i can't help it. I'll wake up early to make her favorite breakfast on her recital days. :) THough.....3am is a bit much haha.

Is there any way you can go to bed earlier to help make up for the lost time? Easier said than done though. I know myself, as soon as I get the kids in bed, I want to stay up longer. Just because I'm the adult, and I can. lol Plus, the house is so quiet. lol But, I don't have to get up at 3 am either. lol I'm not fond of eggs. I don't hate them, but I have to be in the mood for them (I actually had egg salad yesterday and this a.m. for breakfast, but prob won't eat another for a week or two, in any form. lol). Do you need some breakfast ideas? Or is this just your go to? I have to mix up my meals. I might have the same thing a couple of days in a row, but after that, I need variety. I think it is really sweet that you fix your P's lunch. I hope your mood gets better. I've been really sensitive lately (TOM should be here in a week or less), so I have to really try hard not to wear my feelings on my shoulder. Hope you have/had a great workout!

Sounds like you are fighting a little case of the blues. I can relate... ;) I would get tired of eating the same thing too. If you like oatmeal, you can mix a protein powder in it along with fruit for a new breakfast idea.
