Make sure you are following your plan as well as you can. The lower your weight goes, the more important it becomes. All those little blt's (bites, licks and tastes) add up in calories. If you don't exercise, start. If you do exercise, change it up. Our bodies get used to the same things. Change up the foods you are eating. Up your protein. Eat more dairy (it's been shown to reduce body fat). Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones or eat a big breakfast, smaller lunch, and light dinner. Drink your water. As you get closer to goal, you sometimes have to fight for each pound. Good luck!
