Hey everybody, how are you? I went down the shore for a weekend and gained a few pounds. Oh well..that's why I love calling it a lifestyle change. It takes some of the guilt away from me, thankfully, so I can continue on. I know that there will be times when I have a few slip ups, when there will be vacations, holidays, and special events. I just know to jump right back on the horse in order to achieve my goals. I have a huge goal, and I choose not to get any surgery done. I think that the old tried and true method of calories versus calories out is always the best way while increasing exercise...I know that I will reach my goals :)
