Hey everybody! I am so happy to be back on track :) I just celebrated my 26th bday on Friday and Saturday..my boyfriend took me out on Friday night to our favorite diner. I thought that I did really well..to start off, I had a nice, big healthy salad, one cup of matzo ball soup, a grilled chicken caesar wrap with rice pilaf (in place of the usual french fries), and a pickle. I also had two light beers..on Saturday, I was doing really well up until we cut the cake..gotta admit it! My family went to the Olive Garden that evening. I ordered the house salad, chicken marsala, and one Cosmo. It just so happened that I avoided the breadsticks..my dad must've asked me if I wanted a breadstick about three times, the enabler :)! I just told him that I'm working on my salad. (I actually had to eat a breadstick after biting into a jalapeno, though. Nope, that wasn't planned) :). When we cut the cake though, it was just too delicious. I had slices..YET, I am back to my healthy lifestyle..turkey breast, salads, veggies, fruit, and water all the way!!
