Yay! Scale is showing a loss. Back on the right track. I've been so busy with work and school that I haven't been on FS in a little bit. Will be spending this whole weekend packing to move so that should burn a few extra calories as well. :) I'm getting excited! Finally having my own house instead of my money going to someone else for rent.

145.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
