Worked my carcass off today. Got one wall of the crank out windows removed from the garage, have the new wall framed in and almost all the sheathing on the outside. Wanted to finish but my back told me with clarity it was time to quit. Was getting dark out anyway. Tomorrow I hope to get windows removed from the back wall, get it framed and sheathed, if there's time left I'll work on getting the new windows installed. It was a good day, off to take a shower.

Yeah its amazing how hard that is on the back. Don't forget to stretch it out after and take some aspirin/ibuprofen.

Last night I was like uncle Joe on Petticoat Junction, moving kind of slow. But better this morning, just have a stiff neck. Back to the task as soon as I finish my coffe.

There was a program on last night. They didn't speak kindly about a lot of things like wheatgrass as a superfood and in particular the inaccuracy of the fitbit. I don't care. I love mine and I dam well know when I have been busy. Awesome job Jim :)

I feel your pain. I have been there so during our reno I fell into bed exhausted. don't over do it. (Not that I am a good example.) LOL

Thanks guys...I'm no contractor but learned a lot of stuff from some good ones helping build cabins in WV years ago. Saves a lot of money doing stuff yourself and gives a lot of satisfaction too. Pterath you're a great example, love that you're doing all that stuff on your house yourself. Tina, I would think that with the heart rate monitor the Charge HR is more accurate with calories burned than the ones that don't have that feature, just based on the logic of it. But who knows, I also love mine. Have been very careful not to bump or scratch it while working.
