I didn't get to exercise like I wanted today. It was a very stressful day. My car is messing up, it cost me $450 and it still isn't fixed. My ex-husband is being an a** again and me and my daughters spent a some time talking and crying tonight. I really want the chocolate pop-tart that my hubby got for him and the girls....

Great job resisting the pop tart. I couldn't believe how many calories are in those. They are good. I allow myself things that aren't exactly "healthy" as long as I use portion control and stay under my calories. Today at work was very stressful since our already short staff experienced call offs. It was also someone's birthday which meant cake. I actually went in after everyone was done getting theirs and cut a small piece. Then I just walked away and left it.

I used to love pop tarts...brown sugar cinnamon with frosting was my favorite but I haven't have one in years. Sweets are my weakness...I simply can't be around them. I was vary proud of myself this weekend though. I was in Chicago and stumbled upon a bakery I had never been to and went in. They had mini bite size samples at the door which I tried and they were heavenly!! Some how I mustered up the strength to walk out without eating anything else tho...thankfully!

It sounds like we are all getting better at resisting tempation!! GOod for us! We all deserve a pat on the back :)
