My calorie intake is super low today. Probably because I didn't get up until 10:30 and then took a 4 hr nap... Would eating a dark chocolate candy bar be okay in instances like this? 190 calories...

I say yes. Especially if it's dark chocolate. I'm a chocoholic so I have to have some once in awhile. Have you ever tried Skinny Cow truffle ice cream bars? Only 100 calories and they are so good! Had a chocolate truffle one a little while ago. :)

I've been meaning to try those. I actually have a coupon too so I think that I might pick them up soon. I'm trying to balance eating well and out household budget. This time I went a lottle over so, just like the diet, we will be tweaking and see what happens.

I used to measure out chocolate chips - seriously, then divide the calories by the number of chips - the ones I had were only 2 calories each - I figured I could have 10 no problem with out feeling guilty at all! some days you just need chocolate!

I don't know if I could trust myself with a bad of chocolate chips! haha

For me it was kinda like quitting smoking - i knew the chocolate was there and if i wanted it I could have it - made the crazy cravings go away!
