That's me pretty well back on track after my three pints on Saturday. I didn't claw anything back on Sunday, though I did go for a good walk, but I had a good day yesterday. I'll be out most of today so the temptation to snack will be easily resisted, so today should be a good one too.
Wednesday and Thursday are my fasting days (if you can call 1500 kcals a day fasting), so hopefully I won't have a disastrous weigh in on Friday. As well as my weight I also record my % Body Fat and my blood pressure.

Its an 'absolute fast' when you go without food or drink for 24 hours. Some people define fasting as eating less than your basal metabolic rate. Think about the fact that we call our early morning meal break 'fast'. We fast every night therefore? ;)
