That's me pretty well back on track after my three pints on Saturday. I didn't claw anything back on Sunday, though I did go for a good walk, but I had a good day yesterday. I'll be out most of today so the temptation to snack will be easily resisted, so today should be a good one too. Wednesday and Thursday are my fasting days (if you can call 1500 kcals a day fasting), so hopefully I won't have a disastrous weigh in on Friday. As well as my weight I also record my % Body Fat and my blood pressure.
