A lot of stress right now with some government agencies so I am not really paying attention to food. Bureaucratic garbage. I can't exercise much. I feel blah. Overtired I am sure.
I need a vacation.
171.7 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 21.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're down almost a pound, that's a good thing. Hang in there, this too shall pass. Hope you get a break from the stress.

Perfect time to exercise. Lower your stress. Focus on something else. Physically tire yourself out.

Exercise is good for stress, What is up with the government agencies? A lot of times when you question what they want and are doing they will back down. This I know because I work for one.

Its crazy really. My situation does not fit their guidelines or policies so they keep making decisions that don't work or are ludicrous. It's actually three agencies and I have stumped them all. I should get some kind of medal for that I think.

Sorry you feel crappy right now - you do need a break, perhaps. I know your foot hurts but try for something pleasurable you can do - yoga, massage, ?
