another week of sitting around the house...starting next wed I'm allowed to use the recumbent exercise bike and walk. hopefully I'll start losing more...been harder to keep the weight off the pain pills make me tired so i drink pop to stay awake it's that or sleep all day. Over all I don't recommend breaking your collar bone.
239.4 lb Lost so far: 93.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
