I hit my goal weight more than 2 months ago and I've been able to maintain since then, but I still have too many episodes of over-indulging. Then I make up for that by having too-small meals. I'm making a new commitment to having substantial, thoughtful meals and cutting back on the mindless snacking.
So far today I've had a bowl of cereal with milk and fruit and a few ounces of OJ.
For lunch I had leftovers: a small serving of rice, some cooked spinach with tofu and a scoop of little black lentils, some raw sweet peppers and lettuce.
I snacked on cherries and grapes and whole grain bread.
