Not the best breakfast but it was sooo tasty. Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch has always been one of my favorites. When I go grocery shopping I will make sure to pick up something that is healthier.

oh but you have to let yourself have things every now and then or you'll go nuts so enjoy it but always go back before you go out of control.

I agree you have to let yourself have a treat, as long as it is in moderation. I find if I try to replace it with something else, I eat so much more than if I would have just indulged in my craving.

Yeah, definitely have to treat yourself but I just don't want to fall off the way I always do. I have a little bit here a little bit there to where I'm not really watching what I eat anymore.
