I can already tell I'm getting stronger. The Nerd Fitness Beginner Body Weight Workout is doing the following exercises as a circuit three times through:

20 body weight squats
10 push ups* *I do modified push ups, with my knees on the ground
20 walking lunges
10 dumbbell rows (using a gallon milk jug*) *I use a full paint can
15 second plank
30 Jumping Jacks

When I started, I could only barely do one circuit. The next time, I had to quit on the lunges because I was risking injury to my quads.

Today, I went through the circuit, and then completed a second circuit with half squats and lunges.

PROGRESS. QUANTIFIABLE PROGRESS.

Screw the scale today. I feel like a B.A.

That's great. Just take your time. Almost anything can be accomplished if you give it time.

Have never heard of this particular workout program, but seems like it's working for you. Getting stronger is always a good thing!
