Today is a better day. My migraine has diminished a bit, which has made me very happy. I lost a lb which ALWAYS makes me happy. I'm getting there. I'm happy with my progress. I'm thinking the end of Aug I might be below the big 300. I HOPE SO. I swear the day I get on that scale and it reads 299...I'm going to prob cry first then run around my house screaming. I know that might seem silly to some of you...but it's a HUGE deal for me. It has been at least 3-4 years since I have seen 299 or below. 18 more lbs. That's my focus.

I have a high school reunion coming up Oct 1 and if I decide to go....I want to look the best I can. I'm not sure if I am though. I grew up in a really small town in ILL....and time doesn't move the same there. I'm very proud of who I am, in regards to my P, BUT...small towns=small minds. Lot's of my classmates are friends on my FB and I'm very open about my relationship...i just don't want to have to deal with any crap. Or put my P through any crap as she would be going with me. We will see. All that is for another journal I guess.

My sis and her kids are coming to visit this weekend and she wants to go to the lake. Why does all of my famaily insist on making me put on a freaking swimsuit?!?!?! LOL. I'm actually NOT as anxiety ridden as I usually am. It will be fine. if someone doesn't wanna see my big ass then they can look away. =) i actually have a really cute new swimsuit that I MIGHT take pics in and post. I need to get used to the camera again, and what better way then THAT!?!? LOL. Might as well go for it.

I haven't really had any choco cravings this TOM. very surprised. I think it's my motivation to get below 300. 18 more lbs to go. I can TOTALLY DO THIS!!!

You SO can do this! You have come so far and are really doing a great job. Glad your migraine is easing up. My husband struggles with them, as does my oldest son, and now I think my daughter. I woke up with a slight gnawing headache. I'm just not sure which medicine to take because I'm not sure if it is tension or sinus related. lol So, take nothing and I deal with it until I'm just absolute fed up with it. lol Gah. And, it could be all the sugar and simple carbs I digested two days ago. You would think that that alone would keep me from going down that road. Ah, well. 18 is SO doable my friend. Keep on keeping on!

I get the small town comment, but I have to say that no one thing...no one can make you feel inferior without your permission. It's your life, and you are living it. They can worry about their own life. If they are that petty, then they have fed the wrong wolf and that's not your fault. ;)
