Today decided to try something different, have changed my target weight to a closer number to my current weight. Just to see a few extra yellow and green lines in the weight history. Once I reach that first target weight will set in the next target weight. Don't want to get carry away looking at a long term goal and feeling like I am not reaching it.
Also to be noted this last two weeks have been poor on the exercise and as of recent last couple of days have been eating a bit more, however still under my RDI. Will have to work on the willpower to exercise more and harder.
