diaz8176's Journal, 23 June 2015

Starting today, I am hoping to begin exercising again. I used to (back in 2011) go to the gym 6 times a week, on top of a 4 mile paper route I completed every morning. Since that time I have bounced up and down between 125 and 135, never really settling in to a comfortable steady weight.

I don't plan on going too extreme. I plan on jogging a few time a week on my lunch at work during the summer (during the school year, I pick up kids from school on my lunch). I also am planning on eating healthy, but not restricted. I find if I restrict treats and limit my eating too much, I just am not successful. I tend to binge after a week and gain weight ultimately.

Hopefully jogging a few times a week and maybe even some weight lifting at home will help kick the weight I've gained lately to the curb.

Beginning either July or August I am planning on starting to go the gym again, had to put that on hold due to financial issues, but now that those have been put to rest, I feel confident I will be able to start going again to get some more weight training in and cardio, to sufficiently burn off some of these extra pounds I've packed on. Went from 125 to 134 in about a year's time. Hoping to get down to 128...

Ready, set, go!
