Still lost almost a pound today (0.8), but discovered soon after that TOM has arrived and as did stomach cramps and weirdly so, constant hunger!!! I kept feeling peckish all day long..maybe it was the coffee and limited water that kept me that way?! I think I've had more carbs and calories than good for me!! I am half way to my competition-goal, with only 5 pds to go, so I cannot wreck this now of all times!!! Leesah has been followign her diet PERFECTLY, so I can't cheat like this!!! It's gonna catch up with me!!!

Today's meals:
coffee with 4 tsp creamer (4 c, 0 pts)
tortilla (5 c, 1 pt) with cheese (1c, 3 pts) quesadilla: sour cream (2 c, 2 pts), salsa (2 c, 0 pts), and halopenos
tortilla ((5 c, 1 pt) with cheese (1c, 3 pts) burrito with 1 egg (1 c, 2 pts): sour cream (2 c, 2 pts), salsa (2 c, 0 pts), and halopenos, butter (0c, 1 pt), and meatless crumbles (1 c, 1 pt)
coffee with creamer (2-3 c)
chocolate chips (6c, 1pt)
ranch (2c, 2 pts), with celery
steamed veggies with butter (oc, 1pt), meatless crumbles (1 c, 1 pt), cheese (1 pt)

diet coke: (0)

carbs: 38. points: 21-22 pts

Haven't worked out today too!!! What the heck!!! Tomorrow I HAVE to go to my gym and do the spinning class and a full routine!!! I have gone the whole week w/o workign out---just what I'd expect from a new school week!!! I can't let this undo my efforts!!!

BTW, did I mention, yesterday back to school was great?! People were totally noticing and commenting on the lot of weight I've lost..one student called me a "fashionista", and another colleague called me "skinny"....my arch nemesis asked my boss if I was sick coz I'm losing a lot of weight?!! I'll take all backhanded compliments or insults if they seem to be about my weight loss! lol!

I got my new gym schedule of classes---and I'm so EXCITED!!!! They have an awesome line up!! Zumba, hip hop, swing, belly dancing, aqua aerobics, scenic spinning (with visuals of Cali and Colorado!), rock bottom, tai chi, sunrise pilates and lunch yoga, boxing circuit, abs, upper body toning and so on!!! I want to check them ALL out in the next two weeks of demos!!! I even drafted my new schedule of the next 3 weeks to revolve around these classes and my own teaching. My work deadline of tenure is getting in the final throes--just two more weeks!!!!! yikes and whoa--can't wait!!!

Great! Take all those lovely & backhanded compliments to move you forward! You've got this in the bag. Your gym classes sound fun. Try them all out and see which one you like. I'm so proud of you....prioritizing exercise!

You lost pretty near ANOTHER pound?! WOW....You are definitely on a roll, Girlfriend! I'm sure TOM caused those hunger pangs. Stave it off as much as you can till TOM makes an exit. You didn't work out today? And YOU challenged ME?????? It's ON Girlfriend, 5 hours of exercise in by Sunday night!!! You snooze, you lose!! Nice that you got those compliments even if some were backhanded. Kudos to you! I've had people ask me if I was sick when I lost weight too. Jerks! Why would they assume that you have to be sick to lose weight? It's so nice that you have so much to choose from in the way of exercise classes. They all look like lots of fun. My goodness! You really are on a roll! Good for you! Sorry, JulieC, I dropped the ball and it looks like 08 grabbed it and ran with it! Enjoy all those great exercise classes, 08! Your chart looks amazing! Woohoo!

you are right, take the compliments any way you can get them. my boss is jealous(she tried dieting before when she first started)and she is always trying to get me to eat take out,etc. and i just refuse to allow her to be my downfall. oh and i can so relate to the TOM thing, the day before i could graze all day and usually do, at least now the things i graze on are a little better than before(i don't keep any real junkie stuff in the house anymore)but i still go over my points those days. but with the water weight that also goes with it, my weight is usually up a few pounds and then it takes the whole next week to get it back off. i figure i really only have 2 good weeks to lose decent weight and the rest of the month is wasted. congrats on the nearly one pound lost!
