This morning I woke up at 8:00 am. I did 20 minutes of yoga, and 30 minutes of bible reading, and ate a fruit salad (mango, strawberry, banana, orange) w/ green tea and a bottle of water. I ran errands for two hours. and ate half a subway pizza. It is currently 1:51pm and I will eat a vegetable snack at 3:30pm
