Been working mad hours, so eating alot of hot dogs, lunch meat etc, not enuf carbs from vegetables. But strictly avoiding everything else! Feeling GREAT! No sugar cravings. Tons of energy. No digestive issues. If it was bread etc making me feel so awful, have no desire to ever eat that again! Feel better than I have in years... I am the Food Service Manager at a convenience store...so I am around junk ALL day! Breaded foods, donuts, chips...etc It was hard in the beginning, but have NO desire to eat any of that now!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
