I have been away for a while I see from my last weigh in, way too much recreational time...however quite fun. Now it's back to business. I replaced my Firm DVD's that I couldn't play because I don't have a dual dvd/vhs player anymore. Apparently VHS tapes don't fit in a DVD player, go figure. Anywho, it's good to be back and getting fit.
