so the weight bumped back up a lb, I think because I didn't drink enough water yesterday, and had a slice of pizza and two garlic knots for dinner - I believe I was fine on calorie count, but the added salt from dinner probably did it.

Will be diligent to drink water today and see if it helps. I'm traveling this evening and seeing family tonight, so probably I'll be eating poorly tonight/tomorrow. But what this site has taught me is that I can recover from these setbacks and get back to losing!
230.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 90.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

Have a great weekend and don't worry about 1 lb. Daily shifts up to 2 lb are completely normal and human. :o)
