im so bad at logging this lmaooo, but oh well. the app doesnt work on my phone anymore, but i forget to weigh in on my laptop. anyways, ive been fasting for 24 hours one day, then the next ill eat whenever food is offered to me, but restrict otherwise. it was my brothers birthday a couple days ago so i had some sweets. still kinda feel bloated, but im not even hungry which is great.
