I haven't been on the computer much over the past few days. I've finally beaten back whatever nasty bug brought me down. (Sleeping for over 12 hours can really refresh a girl!)

This weekend wasn't my best, but I did keep my at-home food diary and did some low-impact exercise - walking and riding my bike. The hardest part was eating. (Funny, six months ago, I wouldn't have even thought I'd even have trouble eating!) Mostly it was due to the fact that I wasn't sure *when* I was hungry. I've gotten so used to the signals my body has been sending me. Then, getting sick throws you out of whack for a bit. I tried to stick with a regular schedule, but ate less than normal, to see what my body would do.

I'm still not *super* hungry, but my energy levels are back up! Did my first day of Week Two of "PodRunner - Intervals." When I went out last night (I like to go out and do this walk/run thing in the evening after sundown), the humidex was still in the low 30s. (That's in the mid-80s for people who don't do Celcius.) I was wringing with sweat when I got home, but felt great! Almost like it ended too soon!

Time to continue with the plan, with work, with the last of my summer...
166.7 lb Lost so far: 61.3 lb.    Still to go: 36.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
