Day 3 of my exercise regime. I will admit it - my muscles are sore but I still have 40 mins of pilates left to do today! And perhaps a short run later on tonight. I'm thinking of starting to take a) Chocolate Whey Protein Powder or b) L-Glutamine. Any body have any comments about these or advice? I'm finding exercise is helping me control my hunger and making me drink more water. And there's no doubt I feel a lot better when I do it!
