I did good today. It was my day off, so I took it easy and rested a lot. I wasnt tired at all when we went to the gym, so my workout was great. I did upper body today, 6 exercises in sets of 2, 3x15. I did a short cardio, 28 min Incline walking, but my heart rate was up to 140, so it wasnt bad. I am doing running tomorrow and rest on Sunday.
