And it's Friday! Am hoping to have learned my lesson from last week's indulgences. My short term memory is not what it used to be :(

NO problem on the short term memory, Buffy...OUR assignment- 61 sentences..."I will NOT repeat my recent FOOD indulgences!"...(I will write 31 of them so you will only have to do 30!!!! LOL) Have a fulfilling AND HEALTHY weekend!!!! :)

Moo Me - wishing you controlled eating this weekend as well. Tracy - Am sure you'll be so excited hanging out with your son that food won't be an issue. STT- thanks for helping with that. My hand is still cramping from the last assignment.

jmb - when I gained back I put a brick into the basket ( to shame myself ). Can't wait to be able to pull out that brick!
