what a relief!! after 5 straight days of long, intense work getting the roof on my cabin, i was weighing in consistently around 167, which was extremely disheartening. i was also extremely exhausted and parts of me (especially my hands) were really swollen from all the work. With that in mind, i was hoping that the extra pounds were just water weight or something like it, so i waited until i'd had a couple of rest and recooperation days after the roof was on before i did an actual weigh-in. and to my relief, i've actually lost 2 pounds from last time rather than gained 3!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
