I'm having a bit of a down day. It was a real struggle to get going this morning but I did push through it and go to the gym. I know I didn't work as hard - did 45 mins on the treadmill instead of the same or more on the elliptical but I suppose I should give myself points just for doing it.

I don't know if anyone else feels this way, but there are days I actually feel worse about my body than I did before I started dieting and exercising. When I got dressed at the gym this morning to go to work I looked in the mirror and wanted to cry. Even though my clothes are looser I just felt like I looked worse.

I'm still on track and I'm going to keep at it but I'm just feeling kind of cruddy.

Anita, 45 minutes is excellent and your mood is just temporary (it can change with the slightest breeze). Keep your chin up! :-)

I think you did fantastic- 45 mins- on a day you weren't feeling motivated! You give me inspiration to do the same! And I am only beginning my journey.
