Im excited today bc I just realized that at this rate I can reach my goal by October. Its taken me 5 months to lose 40 lbs.. In 5 months I can lose another 40. And if not, i'll take 39 or 38.. haha. Planning to hunker down for the summer and get my work out on!! 40 more lbs gets me to 170 and last time I did this I got down to 167 so I know i can do this. On another note.. the adding in the foods isn't working for me. I love cottage cheese and yogurt but I dont feel full when i eat either and its upsetting my stomach. The melon is Ok and I love the cherries but I still have to remind myself to limit my amounts. I think having so much in the house puts me at risk of overdoing it. SO imma finish what we got by using it in mikes lunches and go back to what I know works. Dairy, once or twice a week and fruit one serving per day. Not buying any bars bc me and Mike go thru those like candy but keeping the shakes bc even my Mr drinks one in the morning. New goal for this coming week.. try new vegetables and drink more damn water... Happy Sunday every one..
