1290 kcal Fat: 21.04g | Prot: 121.01g | Carb: 163.24g.   Breakfast: non fat milk, body fortress whey protein powder, multigrain oatbran cereal. Lunch: low fat cottage cheese 2% milkfat, carrots, Deli Fresh Smoked Turkey Breast, Best Foods Low Fat Mayonnaise , 12 grain bread, cherries. Dinner: lettuce, cherry tomatoes, chicken, guerrero tortillas. Snacks/Other: pure protein smores bar, skinny cow ice cream. more...
