Happy Sunday, Buddies:

I missed my workout due to a bad sinus/allergy event making it impossible to breathe well for the last three days! In fact, I even went to see the Urgent Care doctor and she prescribed antibiotic again...I filled the prescription but do not think I have an infection. I am going with Zyrtec and Pseudoephedrine for a couple days to see if it first improves without the antibiotic.

Tried some pork rinds today because they are crunchy with ZERO carbs. Many folks like them...I can take them or leave them. Not worth the calories to me! I am trying to get down a lot of water today - I feel dehydrated which is probably why I had a loss this morning.

I have thought for several years that many people are "in tune" enough with their body to have a good idea of whether they have an infection, are running a fever, etc...and even to have an idea of what they should do next...hope your "plan of action" brings you some relief...and your words for this week (past week?) are sooo compelling and filled with truth. Have a week filled with healthy choices AND affirming people. :)

LOL, Instantcrazy! Pork rinds for me again would be if I were just overwhelmed with a craving...and I seldom crave anything since I have gone low-carb!

pork rinds yuck. Zyrtec may not be working enough for you if you are having reactions break through. It might be worth trying another one. Feel better!

My Gram loves pork rinds, but personally, yuck! Have you tried a neti pot? They help clean out the sinuses and keep infection at bay.

Yes - I use the sinus wash a lot - but I was so swollen and blocked all the water just went into my ear canals! But I a using pseudoephedrine and Zyrtec successfully...going to work today!
