215 and holding .. hope it keeps till tomorrow. I only have myself to blame for no loss but will be doing cartwheels if there is no gain. I had such a long week, I finally broke down today and did what any 40 yr old does when they have a bad week, I called my mom. My MR just would not cooperate and he has been sick all week and I couldn't get him off the couch and I was feeling whiny and needy,so I called mom and she was here in 10 minutes. She helped me get him moving, he put in his eye drops (he has pink eye), got off the couch and actually had a huge breakfast.Having her come by today really made me feel a whole lot better.. words cant describe. I've got the laundry on, again, meals planned out for the next few days and even walked to the store and got some steps in. I guess we all need our moms every now and then to make it better.**insert smile here** Going to spend the rest of the day cleaning and gonna get a work out in, hoping to redeem myself for yesterdays cheats. I maxed out at 40 carbs which is A LOT for me but meh.. New day today.GO ME !! cheers and hope every one is happy today and meeting their goals.

When we are usually the ones to take care of everybody and everything,we wait until meltdown to ask for help. So sorry you had such a cruddy week! Moms are awesome! I hope you can find a little bit of "me time" this next week! ( not for laundry!)

Tonya, your right,I will never stop needing her. Ros,so true. I did not have any me time this week. CH, so true..Im focused, regrouped, have a game plan for the week and feeling optimistic. Im grateful we have the money to fix our car, bc there have been times in my life that ive havent, grateful for my mom being so close by and relieved she set my MR straight and made him take his medicine. It can only get better from here. Can some one way " going up?" or in this case, down.. hehe..

No one can replace a mother's love. There isn't a day that goes by when I don't think of mine and wish she were still here. On a happier note I am glad that you are having a better day. Our daughter had viral pink eye at college...it seemed to be quite a contagious mess for many students. She was and looked miserable. Wishing you a better week and success with the scale gods.

Thanks Gwen and HCB. I realized more and more today how much i needed her and glad she was available. It just made me want to be there more for my son, SO with that said, I've recommitted to making him good healthy low carb breakfasts and packing his lunch everyday. I do good on the lunches but we are both lazy and prefer to sleep thru breakfast. That ends now. THANKS EVERYONE> this week has been hard and couldnt have made it with out this site..

I wish my mom lived closer (almost 3 hrs away) and with my sister so sick I rarely see, thank God for the phone we talk at least once a day. May tomorrow be happier, healthier and wonderful for you,and your MR.

Truly believe good mothers only make us want to be good mothers. After all, we learned from the best.
