Holy crap what a DISASTER today was, calorie-wise. I guess that's what happens when everyone we know seems to be having a bad or stressful day and wants to go out to eat their feelings away.

I indulged at Carl's because I thought I would have a light dinner to make up for it, not a big deal. But NOPE. Firehouse. Damn you. Even with their under 500 calorie options, it sent me WAY over the edge.

I guess it's not so bad, really, since I'm going to be sort of revamping my workout routines starting tomorrow. Going to do Blogilates and one of the levels of the 30 Day Shred every day, or at least no fewer than 3 times a week. Whatever level of the Shred I want to do each day can vary, but I have to do at least one of them. I'll also be continuing the Blogilates Challenges as well, as I'll be adding heavier weights to many of the moves, including getting some strap-on ankle/wrist weights.

Time to step it up!

Carl's is fine...IF YOU KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR! low carb any sandwich, No fries...if feeling bolt salad dressing pack NOT THE DIPPING SAUCE, USE FORK & KNIFE it slows you down...for example, the low carb thick burger, 9 carb, regular thick is 56, the difference IS THE BUN! use that difference to get an idea with the others are low carb by the nutrition pamphlet next to the soda machine.
