"Remember this though, please don't rely on just modified exercises. You need to push yourself. I was surprised at what my body could do, all I had to do was try." THIS is so incredibly true! I am doing things at the gym I could not do when I was 20 years younger! I just try and then realize I CAN do it...like full pushups, or 30lb weights, or TRX straps...

I love your blog. Wonderful to inspire people! You put into words what I feel about some of the issues I have gone through. Working with the weights has helped to keep things firmer than if I didn't use them.
