Finally saw "Harry Potter" tonight - thought it was great. Left out A LOT from the book, but still looking forward to the next two films.

Not really the best day, food-wise. Ian and I got up together and I had my breakfast smoothie and we did our laundry and other housework and sort of puttered about. Then realized we should really get moving if we wanted to see our movie. Got downtown with a couple of hours to spare and had dinner at my favourite sushi place. Kind of pigged out, realizing that I missed my lunch, having only eaten a cheese stick and a yogurt after finishing my chores.

Had my popcorn - only half a small bag! That's amazing for me!

Walked to and from the movie, an hour walk both ways.

So, I guess it sort of balances out...sort of...

Looks on the Diet Calendar like a Green Arrow day and two hours of walking is fantastic. I am just a bit over 2 weeks away from my ride and starting to get a bit anxious. I also really enjoyed HP6. Great job on the Popcorn. I'm thinking of having a day where all I do is watch movies and eat popcorn...not the best health wise but it would be a fun day. Best
