I'm extremely sore all over. I took off Friday to run a loader all day on the farm. Saturday, I had a baseball game and followed that by running all over grocery shopping. I'm very sore... did I mention that? I stepped on the scale this morning and it was back just over 140. Could that be water weight from the sore muscles??

Sure it could be. The more active you are the better, the scale lies, don't get upset about the number you see.
