Actually managed to stay under the 1600 calories for the past couple of days, totally annoyed with my scales as they seem to make up a number and throw it on the screen, I'm convinced they have it in for me! LOL. Will try this lower calories for a while and see if it works and if no losses then back up to around 1800 or even near the 2000, at least then I'm not craving anything or trying to find sweets and sneak them in somewhere and having to cut out something important because I ate too much bad stuff! I'm sure something has to give eventually my body can't just hold the fat forever if I'm not giving it the calories to maintain it, can it? :) Jaz
