If accountability is crucial, what is the biggest challenge you face in making accountability part of your healthy eating plan? Being willing to share the personal side of the equation. What happens when I do fail? I have learned this week that sharing the failures often prompts suggestions & encouragement. The PLAN is to change gradually together and share the experiences that we are having as we change together. Finally, I have realized prayer is going to be the key to understanding the desire to crave. The connection between our spiritual growth and the need for food does exist. Food has become an idol of sorts for me.
