Mermee asked for me to post a workout. I haven't tracked in a while. Bonus before and after. Scale weight isn't everything. The difference lifting year round makes. I never do a planned bulk, it just sort of happens in the cold months. This time I am cutting through the cold months....or at least I plan to.

Lol, it's just 10 sets and my best set volume-wise was the 225x20. I had some with more weight but less reps and some with less weight and more reps.

It took me a long time to get to 20+. I think I finally got to 225×15 about 4 years in, maybe 5. It was s huge milestone for me at the time. Now I really don't care too much about strength. I'm more about the feel of each rep. Muscle tension and lots of volume is key for me.
