Today was a good exercise day, I made my fitbit happy :)

Treadmill in the am & pm, plus a lunchtime walk at work. 78 active minutes; 16,585 steps (so far)

B: 1/2 of a Lambie's Egg McMIM
L: toppings of 3 small pizza slices on top of a salad
D: shrimp & salmon on top of rainbow chard

Good for you! I keep talking about getting a Fitbit but I don't have a smartphone to sync it to. Glad to hear it is working for you!
