Long stressful day!!!! Good thing is that I ate very good and I ended up going to the gym to get the frustration out of my system. I got another 2 miles in for this week and did a back exercise that damn near killed me. it was one of those workouts that you just know that your going to feel in the days to come. I plan to weigh in tomorrow although for some odd reason I tend to put on weight when I exercise and eat well, but when I tend to eat a bad meal I lose a pound or two. So if I put on a pound or two tomorrow I got to remind myself not to beat myself up on it and stay focused.....
